This is his full sized mug. He's gifting this for xmas. I think it came out quite beautiful. The day in the studio was a long one. He was tired at the end of it, but he did a very nice job, I'd say.

Life takes over...

It's been a while since we posted. Daniel is now living on his own. There's no little dog anymore. His daughter visits but doesn't spend the night. He has a roommate. Things aren't always good, but they're moving along. Right now we're working on his FAFSA and getting him admitted into college. We'll see how it goes. There are lots of hoops to jump through before we settle into the reality of school.

We're working on scheduling, making good choices, respecting each other, and finding balance between helping and living our own lives.

It's kind of sad that he's ended up alone and sometimes it makes me angry, but we live in the real world and this kind of thing isn't for the feint of heart. There's no room for judgment when we've never been put in the same situation. His daughter loves him and his family does their best to support him.

I plan to keep updating as things progress. Maybe this will help me work my way through my own feelings.

Goona go to Creed for the 1st time soon so we'll see how it goes.
